7. Consider Supplements or Dietary Changes

Some studies have shown that supplements like omega-3 fatty acids and flaxseed oil can help improve symptoms of dry eyes, which may ultimately reduce watery eyes. These supplements work by enhancing the quality of the tear film and reducing inflammation.
